Solution [New Tech]: UHS-4K60, true HDMI2.0 scaling engineer !

  • [New Tech]: UHS-4K60, true HDMI2.0 scaling engineer !

Grastron released the latest scaling engineer, UHS-4K60, to address the current high-pixel and precision to manage today’s 4K displayers and source devices.

The scaling algorithm is the key index, to be critical foundation of a sharp, accurate output image. UHS-4K60 adopts the latest generation scaling engineer, to be a “bicubic interpolation”. The other two old algorithm methods, “nearest Neighbor” or “Bilinear Interpolation” will cause the content less or inaccurate image output, due to the lack of multiple reference line/direction.

“UHS-4K60” is designed to manage 4K (max 4096x2160) resolution, being able to contain more pixels and information.

“UHS-4K60” is designed to support 4:4:4 chroma sampling, to cover more color details.

“UHS-4K60” is HDCP 2.2 (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) compliant, High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection, able to accept HDCP encrypted content and pass through to the HDCP-compliant display.

“UHS-4K60” supports 4K 60fps up-scaler, down-scaler. When the Source is 1080, it can be up-scaled up to 4K UHD high-definition, in order to give

“UHS-4K60” supports up to 30 bits per pixel or 10 bits per color, to maximize grayscale and color accuracy.

“UHS-4K60” support FRC (Frame Rate Converter), to be able to change the frame rate, such like convert 1080P 25fps, 4K 30fps, 1080P 59.94fps to 1080P 60fps.

    “UHS-4K60” supports motion-adaptive deinterlacing.

“UHS-4K60” supports auto-detect the input source resolution.
